1) Why do you use .pdf files for your plans?
We use .pdf as our format because it is widely
recognized and can be viewed with window, mac and unix.

2) What do you use the 3D viewer for?
The 3D viewer is used to view in 3 dimensions
the actual model your plan was designed from.

3) I have a Mac and was unable to open the 3D model, what can I do?
You will need to download the viewer that was made for mac users.

1) Where can I find the hardware for your plans?
Almost all of our plans where designed using
hardware found at www.rockler.com.

2) Can I change the size or dimensions of a plan I've purchased?
Yes, you can modify our plans as you see fit.
However, you are responsible for modifying the appropriate
dimensions to make the project work.

1) What if I need a refund on a plan I have purchased?
Please be aware that our plans are electronic
media and are non-returnable because of the nature of the product.
